The project site is both strategic and fringe: between two axis, Av. Couronne and the railway; between two levels, high and low town. The Film Archive lot is a node which doesn't connect.

The aim of the project is to give to pedestrians an alternative to the ordinary sidewalk.

A green promenade is connecting the two sides of the neighborhood and the existing Film Archive of Belgium becomes a strategic meeting point with news spaces and functions.
